His Grace Most Rev. Dr. Samuel Mar Irenios,Bishop of the Diocese of Pathanamthitta is the patron of the school.There are three streams of school under the ownership of the Diocese of Pathanamthitta,namely,CBSE schools,ICSE/ISC schools and the State Syllabus Schools.The State Syllabus Schools function both in aided and unaided sectors.

The School functions undr the Malankara Catholic Educational society.which is a registered society for the unaided CBSE schools belonging to the Diocese of Pathanamthitt.The syllabus followed in the school is that of the Central Board of Secondary Education in India.
